The Future of Connacht Rugby

A major consequence of Connacht’s meager funding has been the development of an unbalanced squad with six or seven very good professionals, a number of promising younger players, and the rest middle of the road journeymen. This will continue until Connacht are allowed to seek alternative sources of funding that complements their existing allocation from the IRFU.
